Something not working, or not making sense? Write to us. A person reads it.
Getting help
- Anything at all — support@getcorollary.app
- Something Cora said that worried you, or a moment she should have handled differently — safety@getcorollary.app. These are read first.
It helps enormously to include: which device you were on, roughly when it happened, and — if it was something Cora wrote — what you had asked her. A screenshot is worth several paragraphs.
If you are in trouble right now
Support email is not a crisis service and nobody is watching it at three in the morning. You matter more than any of this work. If you're thinking about hurting yourself, please reach out — people are there right now, and they want to hear from you.
- 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (US & Canada) — Call or text 988
- Crisis Text Line (US) — Text HOME to 741741
- Samaritans (UK & Ireland) — Call 116 123
- Find a local line (Worldwide) — findahelpline.com
If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
The questions that come up most
- Cora read my handwriting wrong. Tell us — with the screenshot if you can. Handwriting is the hardest thing this app does and the cases where it fails are the ones worth having.
- The grading looks wrong. Same, and especially welcome. Say what you wrote and what you think it should have scored.
- How do I cancel? The 14-day trial takes no card, so if you simply stop there is nothing to cancel. If you are paying, go to Settings → Plan → Manage or cancel your plan. It opens the billing portal, where cancelling takes one click — no retention conversation, nobody to get past. You keep access until the period you have already paid for ends. If anything about that does not work, write to support@getcorollary.app and we will do it for you.
- How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete account. Two steps, no re-authentication. It removes the account and the work attached to it.
- Money is tight and I am studying for an exam. Write to us. We comp students who need it, and you do not have to explain yourself at length.
